The perfect lunch for the first day of Autumn (so they say but I'm holding out for an Indian Summer!!)... ripe avocado,and tomato on thick wholegrain toast, sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper and drizzled with lemon juice and good balsamic vinegar, add a couple of fresh basil leaves.....oh yum....
