Queen of Wands by Flick Merauld

This is a tarot card design done in Photoshop.
Wands is the fire suit in tarot, so she is surrounded by flames.
Sorry, no exif as this was a composite image, but all photographic souces
were from one shoot.
The bees and flames were added later. The flames were done with an Eye Candy filter.

They are really nicely done Flick! I can see why they were impressed with them all.

Thanks Shirley. I ahve about 48 done so far. i was doing them for publication. In fact when I did a booksigning and workshop one of the big pagan shows in London, I had people queueing up to ask if they were available. Alas, I'm lazy and have never finished them. Here's a link to a few more. there are two pages. They even got linked by a big website that lists tarot decks, they must have seen them and linked them:

You really did this nicely. I looked at a real set of tarot cards and found the Queen of Wands. This is a really nice rendition. Now if you could do the rest of the set you could have your own very special set of cards like no one elses!

Trouble is I think I'd look stupid in that top.
