6th Place [tie]
San Antonio Library by Ted Marchut

San Antonio

I took some shots of this library a few months ago, when I was testing out my new camera. At the time, I did not have my tripod with me and did not know much about the camera. So, I thought I would go out and shoot a few more today.

I really like how the line just commands your attention and directs where your eye starts and stops. Cool! Pearl

Wow, nice one Ted! All of the those geometric shapes are so fascinating. Wonderful composition and I like the colors in this image too. Great idea and very well executed.

I did not take any shots of the entire building, but you can see a small one from the same side, here:

The library seems to have a nice sculpture and you choose an original point of view tom share it to us.

I like the amalgam of different geometric forms (the triangle, the line, the ball, the square). The grid in background is a very effective element as the balls’ support is.

For my personal interest, I would like to see entirely this sculpture, is it possible?
