The buildings have a nice shape and color. The major problem is that our attention is attracted by the grey road in foreground. It is not only distracting, it replaced the buildings as main subject. You could crop the picture to eliminate the road or reshoot the picture at a longer focal length or by framing a little higher to have more sky and less ground.

I love the building against the sky and the reflective glass. Very interesting shape.
*I don't like the muddy brown foreground, although I guess you can do much about it this time of year.
