My macro setup with all of the Kenko extension tubes (12+20+36mm) added. The flash setup varies with the situation, I use the omnibounce in some situations, the white paper as reflector other times and sometimes even a white napkin to reflect the flash appropriately.

I really need an off-shoe cord. :-)
