Missing a piece of plastic on the corner?!?!?.jpg

"Its missing a piece of plastic on the corner where the hidge is...it does not affect the arm movement.it appears to work.no cables or anything come with this one.It turns on and everything seems to work just fine."

Ma'am, your auction description of what is pictured here is an understatement, to say the least. The only reason that I placed a 'snipe' on this item was that the only thing initially mentioned by you about this viewer was that it was missing a circular piece of plastic that covered the hinge which lets the camera head move about its axis. Unfortunately, I did not review your revisions to the auction, where you obviously removed any reference to the circular plastic piece missing, but added your new comment, which is totally misleading. The entire corner's plastic housing is shattered and jagged, and the metal housing is bent OVER, indicating a long drop until impact.

The only pictures that you had of this item were not pictures of this item at all, but a pristine unit, leading the prospective bidder to believe that the item was in excellent shape.

I repeatedly searched the interior of the box that the item came in, thinking that the severe destruction of this corner of the unit HAD to happen during shipping to my home, as 'missing a piece of plastic' does not come close to describing the damage pictured.
