What a beautiful sky it is! Wish I had it in my sky collection :-) When I saw the sharp edges, and the halo around them, I figured it was due to either sharpening or a sky replacement. It's really hard to prevent the halos when you sharpen. I often go over them with the Blur tool, at a reduced strength; a little slow but very effective. Thanks for answering my question gaurav and thanks for sharing this beautiful image.

thanks guys - bottles - this was the original sky - there were scattered clouds though and that may account for some of the whiter areas behind the tree.- the sharp edges are probably due to the natural angularity of the rocks that has only become emphasized by sharpening. ~ gaurav

Nice shot Gaurav; I really like the angle of the rocks. Great composition, with the tree on the right balancing the rocks. * It does seem that the rocks have unusually sharp edges and there is some white areas in the tree, was this the original sky or did you replace it in post processing? Beautiful image in any case.

Very nice, Gaurav! Beautifully contrasting colors and that strata in the rock formation adds both stability and dynamic, somehow.

Ahhhh, the rocks and skies of Zion!! I love the stacked rocks, especially against the blue sky. Great photo, it is almost 3D.
