The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers announced this week that it is exappropriating much of the area where fishermen in Bucktown have kept their boats for centuries. And, the historic little village's marina of Bucktown in Metairie, Louisiana, will be no more.
Coleen Perilloux Landry retains the international copyright not only for the original image but also for any versions of it.
