This is Colonel McNeil, Emma Rushton with the flag and
myself just as we arrived at Horse Guards for parade in 2002. The colour
party and NCO's were quite nervous as we were all quite young and for most
it was our first time having important positions on parade. I treasure this
picture of the three of us as the late 'Mr Mack' as we called him was like a
grand father to me for over 10 years.
