I guess I'll make it a trifecta...
Maybe cropping the sea up to the point of the reflection(s) and a bit of saturation to help enhance those reflections. A bit off the top too.
I'm not sure if the sky can be toned down, but maybe you could exploit that by increasing the contrast in the masts and the saturation in th boats.

I agree with bugzie who's told me the same thing in the past ;^)

The sky is bright and washing out the masts too. You might play with levels and see if you can tone it down a bit.

shay, you need to straighten your horizon. definite tilt here. rotate the image just teensy bit.

i think a different crop. not square -- but less water and sky to make it wider than tall.
