This guy became a regular visitor at our bird feeders throughout the winter.
This fellow can be distinguished from a Cooper's Hawk by its round head (not flat on top), its hooded look with the gray on the top of the head continuing down the back of the head, and the short, square tail. Though not apparent in the photo, this fellow was too small to be a Cooper's.
