Very unique rock formations. Is that a double arch?

It doesn't look anything like this, but have you ever seen Running Eagle Falls at Glacier National Park? In low flow, the water flow over the brink ceases, and it's left with the water coming through the underground passage. http://www.pbase.com/madhatter/image/49805833
