Regular visitors to this site may recall that my "big" computer went down on Dec. 27. After many trials and tribulations (read … long phone calls to India), I was able to get the Dell tech (Omar – shown here) to return.

After much puzzlement and a few ohs and ahs he was able to get the new hard drives (2 250 GB) running. Hooray!

Now all I have to do over the next few days is to reinstall my drivers and programs.

I'm feeling cheery now!

Congratulations! If you ever need a great tech guy, I've the best. Just let me know. I'll give you his number. No weeks long waiting period or calls to India. ;-) I once got a Dell tech guy in India who was suicidal and sobbing, spent the time calming him down. Life has it's amazing tech experiences. Now I don't waste my time, I just call my local tech angel. Much easier.
