It's really windy today, and cold.
This shot was taken on a windy day too,
but it was warm.

Frame was made by adding white canvas to the image
and adding drops of color with the paint brush tool,
then adding huge amounts of gaussian blurr, 45 pixels
and USM @200% with a radius of 8 pixels and a
threshold of 2 levels.
