Broccoli Romanesco


I was first been told that this is green cauliflower and than Broccoli Romanesco.
To be honest I don't know. I just like the incredible shapes that nature can offer.

I once found this peculiar vegetable in a neighbourhood shop, too. I have no idea what it's called, but it looks sensational. Great choice for a macro. One of nature's really overt fractals.
