Pleasing the birders in two different count sections, this Greater Yellowlegs moved between the McCullough Ranch Pond and the Summit Ranch Goose Pond. Other noteworthy sightings for the day included the 2nd count record for Chestnut-backed Chickadee, the 3rd count record for Red-breasted Nuthatch, the 4th record for Great Blue Heron, the 4th record for Chipping Sparrow, the 6th record for Long-eared Owl,and the 6th record for Bald Eagle.
