Small Island #2

This was taken a few shots before yesterday's panorama. It is my habit, when I see one composition, to look in the same area for others, picking apart the scene. Usually if there is one nice image, there are several others only a few feet away.

I love your photos of water and woods. I suppose years of trout fishing small streams like these gives me a special appreciation of this scene. Thanks and keep them coming.

You sure picked a good spot. I find myself doing the same, for a long time at one spot, just to get the right angle,or wait for the right light. I try not to think about what else I am missing :)

Nice job, Buz. You're right. If you only saw one shot in each place, you would have finished shooting the
Smokies years ago. All you have to do there is turn around, and you usually see something worth saving.

That is usually the case, i do the same, i could spend an entire day along one section of a creek in the mountains. Another nice one Buz.
