CTF Challenge 96 - Tilted Viewpoint

I withdrew this one because the challenge host said it wasn't taken with a tilted camera (which the rules didn't stipulate, but oh well). Anyway with toungue in cheek, I said that the people on Mauritius Island (almost exactly half way around the world from Houston) would view the sun rays coming down from the clouds like this. It took a while for people to figure it out, upside down, get it? I figured that in itself made it interesting. I removed it because I didn't want it displayed in the pending section with an elephant's butt or something like that. I had fun doing it.
