Welcome to the Tiger's Nest (AKA Taktsang Monastery), Paro, Bhutan. It sits precariously on a granite perch, 800 meters above the valley floor. Folklore states that it was built by fairies in the 8th Century. Built by the supernatural or constructed by people...amazing either way.
