Like its sibling at Swallowcliffe, this church is built quite high above most of the rest of the village
(especially as the River Nadder -- which recently flooded -- is nearby...).

As we walked up to the entrance porch, we were greeted by what sounded like cacophonous laughter:
which turned out to be coming from various rare-breed ducks in a pond across the road...!
