An out of Service bridge with no replacement in site describes this Pratt Through Truss Bridge on County Road 103 in Hamilton County, Texas. Accessible from either end of CR 103, this bridge spans Waring Creek in a heavily wooded section with an abundance of wildlife, a very nice spot. Built in 1900 and at a 100 feet long, this bridge is seriously need of restoration. It looks like it was not the only crossing at this point, two concrete piers and a dirt ramp lie about 300 feet to the south, with no clue on what kind of bridge once stood there.
