Although the city tried to make the city as beutiful as possible for the aniversity it was impossible to finish all of them. From what I was told when I was there the buildings need to be renovated on the outside about every 3 years because of the extreem difference in temperature, as I understand that the difference can be about 60°C between the temperature during summer and winter.
