This one required some work on the original shot! Curves applied to just the doe brought her out from the shadows. The tree that appears to be behind her in the middle of her back is/was actually in front of her. I cloned the fur to "erase" the trunk, branches and snow from her body and then cloned some snow to shorten the bottom of the trunk so it would appear to be further away.
