- Repainted walls and ceiling.
- Replaced all cabinetry.
- Replaced linoleum with high end Walnut flooring.
- Replaced laminate counters with black granite, including high bar on peninsula.
- Replaced old lighting with recessed reflecting cans and 120W Reveal lights on dimmer switch.
- Added hanging pendant lights over sink.
- Replaced all baseboards.
- Replaced old back entry door with new wood/glass door.
- Rewired much of the electrical, and added new registers, outlets, switches and faceplates.
