Replaced old cracked concrete patio with new larger concrete/brick patio.
Built new lattice-topped wooden patio cover.
Removed concrete walkway connecting patio to master patio, as well as small plant strip next to house, and replaced with new grass.
Used grass seed and fertilizer to enhance existing lawn.
Added new tropical plants and iceberg roses.
Painted back wall and fence white (a portion of the wooden fence was replaced with a concrete block wall by the neighbors prior to us taking possession of the property).
Replaced gray scalloped brick planter line with used red brick planter line (mortared).
