Replaced old cracked concrete patio with new larger concrete/brick patio.
Built new lattice-topped wooden patio cover.
Removed concrete walkway connecting patio to master patio, as well as small plant strip next to house, and replaced with new grass.
Used grass seed and fertilizer to enhance existing lawn.
Added new tropical plants and iceberg roses.
Painted back wall and fence white (a portion of the wooden fence was replaced with a concrete block wall by the neighbors prior to us taking possession of the property).
Replaced gray scalloped brick planter line with used red brick planter line (mortared).
Nice work, Jeremy! This before and after picture is a complete 180! I have horrible concrete cracks on my patio, and, now that it's summer, I'm finally getting around to fixing them. Since your concrete looks so well done, maybe you can give me some design suggestions? Oh, and by the way, your yard and new fence are beautiful!
