- Removed wall between kitchen and laundry room (adding 100 sq. ft. to kitchen).
- Moved water heater (previously in laundry room) outside.
- Moved washer and dryer into a closet-like laundry room off kitchen.
- Removed soffit hanging from ceiling.
- Replaced all cabinetry.
- Replaced laminate counters with black granite.
- Replaced old lighting with recessed reflecting cans and 120W Reveal lights on dimmer switch.
- Replaced linoleum with high end walnut flooring.
- Replaced all baseboards and door casings.
- Removed old doorway from hall to laundry room.
- Moved air conditioner air intake vent from old laundry room to bathroom.
- Rewired much of the electrical, and added new registers, outlets, switches and faceplates.
