After meeting some colleagues for a pizza and some liquid refreshment on Friday night, I spent today at the Anxiety Disorders Conference in London. There were some very good and respected speakers who gave their time free so that many could attend and learn more about anxieties, phobias, panics and depression.

I joined up with my buddies from No More Panic, a ‘free to use’ on line group that has helped so many people including myself, and was one of the organisations that supported the conference with its stand.
