Or at least they acted like it was the CIA. 6:15 AM, I saw the light on this building and thought it interesting. I pulled in the parking lot, noticed no "stay out" signs, and set up my tripod, snapped a couple shots and shortly noticed two men in blue jackets, kaki pants, white shirts and tennis shoes on a determined straight line toward me. They said I was on private property and could not take pictures of this building. One man got on the hand held radio and reported my license plate number (or at least pretended to be reporting my number) I said fine, if I'm on private property I'll leave. I parked across the street, walked out on the side walk and set up my camera to take this picture. They told me I couldn't, I said I could, it wasn't their sidewalk, I think I helped pay for this sidewalk with tax dollars, and continued taking pictures. They didn't approach me, just kept talking into their radios. Finally they turned and walked back into the building. Good, because I was freezing, it was cold and a tad breezy even for as early as it was. I felt like I won, anyway.
