Antonio Pedro, poet, painter ceramist and man of the theatre lived his last years in this house.
Born in 1909 in Cabo Verde he studied law and literature in Lisbon and art and
archeollogy at the Sorbonne, Paris.
He was one of the introducers of surrealism in Portugal.
A patron of the theatre in Oporto, where he staged several plays.
He came to live to this house in 1951 and died here in 1966.
