Thanks for the comments.
It isn't actually a building - it's one of the engine exhaust funnels on a ship (a cross-channel car ferry).

An interesting building of many circles. At first, I tought that it's a pity for the lens flare, but hey, they are also geometric forms (and, even better, circles)! And I think the "geometrey" needs this symmetric positioning too here. MCsaba
