Photo a Day, Day 216...Found this leaf in a small long needle pine tree this morning while walking around... Loved the soft lighting with all the shadows from the long thin needles.

The background gives me a feeling of motion and I like that.
Very pretty warm light, we had rain for most of the day but it got clear tonite and cold!!!

Love the swirly b/g --can almost smell the pine leaves. And the light does look like it was playing. A '10' day.... hope it continues thru March, lol!

Beautiful shot! Lovely light, shadows and DoF! Looks like a gorgeous sunny fall day! ...We'll forget that I mentioned the word 'snow' with my PAD today! ;-)
