I just love this area. You have Pinon Pines growing next to Joshua Trees.
The bright yellow goldenweed standing tall beside a bright red-barrel cactus.
The yucca's prickly long leaves along side the green-purple vines of a desert lily.

Alot of peeps think of Sahara-type dunes when they think of the desert. Ah, but
there can be so much more if one will just take a moment to look around & see what
