Ghost mushrooms

I'm struggling with the black and white assignment. I see the world in color, and have trouble figuring out what
will look interesting if I desaturate the image. Any comments for suggestions for improvement would be helpful.

I struggle a bit with black and white too. I think you did a fine job on this!

I see the world in color, also, and cannot ever get the black and white correct. This looks good--it is not flat and there are spots of light and shadows.
