Dying Leaf

This leaf is still hanging on to its tree. I must have looked at that tree for about a half hour until I found this leaf. Its standing up as if to say goodbye.

Gotta respectfully disagree with Gary. The dof is perfect here, imho--the subject alone is the leaf -alone in the sense of it standing upright, the other leaves under it are the supporting cast. The light green in the URC give it just enough definition to place it on a tree. And dying leaves are anything but perfect. My faves are the ones with holes and specs and chew marks. You caught the light perfectly and since I've been known to look at a tree for 1/2 hour with people ready to take me away, I'm giving this a big vote :). Whew...
