In the late 1950 Norton Manor was *(Basic trades) Training battalion REME. I was there in D Company dduring 1958-9

Hi

I have just come accross this site and was especially interested in the photos of Norton Manor Camp in Taunton England as I trained there as a Junior soldier in 1976 and would be very interested to know the history of the Camp and what purpose it served juring the war.
