Beautiful portrait with superb framing of the boy. The only nit I have is that although the sidelighting gives good modeling to his face, it seems a little harsh for such a young child. It also makes the shirt two entirely different colors on either side. I wonder how it would have looked with just a touch of fill flash, maybe set at -2EV?
