The player in the white jersey, #13, has just taken the impact of the ball on her hip,successfully blocking the upfield kick. Hence the grimace.And the two pieces of flying mud. It was a nice moment to capture on film. I can still hear the sound of the ball smashing into her hip. It made the shot kind of memorable.
