reminds me of a sign I once saw near Phoenix that read "wanted, clean dirt". (they wanted fill dirt for something,but I still remember the juxtaposition of terms). Somewhere today I read that fema bought up some interests in temporary housing before the hurricane hit, can't remember details, but it wasn't positive.
