Jane has been married 37 years to Jim Heinz, head football and baseball coach and athletic director at Evangelical Christian School in Memphis. Although she began a career in business, after marrying Jane became a "stay-home mom" until her four children were grown. She then went back to school, swapped the business arena for the medical field and become a Registered Nurse.

She has nine grandchildren and one more on the way. She and her husband live in Cordova, Tennessee, and are active members of Central Church in Collierville..
