Somehow he survived Hurricane Katrina and has managed to stay alive in the Vieux Carre' for the past four weeks--an area that had no electricity or water. However, flood waters did not get into the Vieux Carre' so he managed to stay dry.
Coleen Perilloux Landry retains the international copyright not only for the original image but also for any versions of it.
