CD cleaning machine.
The kids have learned how to insert/remove CD-ROMs from the computer but not how to handle them so that they last, so most of their CD's get scratched very quickly.
Hence, I have bought all sorts of devices, creams, lotions, etc that claim to be able to salvage scratched or dirty CDs. None of them worked
Until this one. It looks a bit surreal, but it has (so far) a 100% success rate at salvaging the previously unrecoverable....
(Hint for anyone with kids: I now use CloneCD and VirtualCloneDrive and keep the originals under lock and key).
I was playing around with multi-flash lighting here - this was taken with a 580EX using built-in diffuser/reflector) mounted on the camera and a 420EX as slave to one side, with 1:8 ratio in favour of the slave.
