thanks haeps for your comments Ray - it did take me a while to decide on this comp, mostly around the hand with ring (in/out), and then the bottom crop. After deciding on keeping the hand/ring in, i then moved to focus on the bottom crop, and liked this one based on the strong elements of hand and veil. Cheers, Adrian

Great expressions. The look on her face, reinforced by the hand, of having made the capture. And his expression of thinking gleefully about what might happen soon. He is in his own moment. Lovely composition, too, dividing the frame into three, giving the hand so much space, and centralising him. Nice sets of shapes going on, too, with all of the triangles showing up. The shirt collar, the veil, the couples' chins, reflecting the overall shape of the subjects. Draw a line from the bottom left corner of frame to the top centre of frame to the bottom right hand corner, and look at the strong triangular arrangement. rayk
