The largest of the ruins and named Wupatki which is Hopi for "Tall House." It has over 100 rooms.

There's a great book written I think in the 20's or 30's by a woman who lived at Wupatki with her husband. Not sure if they were archaeologists or scientists of some sort, but it was a diary she kept of when they were caretakers. A very interesting read.
