The real thing!! I always wondered how a real tortilla market would look in Mexico, well I was not disappointed, it was as colorful, folkloric and warm as I envisioned it. They sold tortillas by the ton I think. The funny thing is that they looked at me funny when I asked them for flour tortillas, No they said only freshly grounded corn tortillas, mijo!
