I agree with Larry. This is a wonderful shot, imitation or not. Can't compare either two becuase indeed they are different, the structure and composition and that little moon does add so much to this one. -Techo

On the contrary, I think this is a striking picture and could compete with the original. The moon adds even a bit more. IMHO, photography is a very personal expression. Your heart, instincts and experience should be the major influence on honing your skills and let the critique of others be a fudge factor. Larry

Pretty though this is, I have to say I'm afraid it falls short of the original. On its own I'm sure it would please many, many people. I just feel that it's doing this picture an injustice to compare it to Karthik's - mainly because the original is so striking. Phil

Kind of a tribute shot. I think Karthik will be pleased. You've got the colours, comp and reflection done very well.
