I like your scenario better than the real truth. But what really happened is that when this cat (Lucy) was a much smaller kitten, she figured out that when I sat down to take care of business it created a nice warm place for her to curl up for a while. As she grew, she continued with the practice even though she doesn't fit so well anymore.

I thought it'd make a funny picture one day so I came prepared. I got several shots of her being very sweet and nice and then she decided to just let me know who was the boss, I guess. I like this shot better than the ones where she was just being cute. It's odd enough to have a cat crawl into your shorts, but to have her biting you as well seems to capture the psycho nature of Lucy in particular, and all cats in general.
