I have photos of several of these and would like to know more about them. Pascale's info would help but my French is not good so I don't understand all that he posted. I understand Jerome Mesnager is the artist and when the first one was done, but does anyone know more about the artist?

Mesnager! many of them are in menilmontant and he also collaborated with other street artists...

C'est un tag de Jérôme Mesnager. Le premier "bonhomme blanc" est né le 13 Janvier 1983 sur un mur du 18ème arrondissement, à Paris.
J'aime beaucoup celui-ci!

En effet c'est tag qui sort de l'ordinaire et qui est agreable!
Avec les textures et les tons du mur, ca se rapproche plus des peintures murales primitives.
