Yes Robbie. I thought as I post processed this image, what if I had bought that f2.8 sigma lens? It would have transformed this. For a start no shake, and most probably more detachment of foreground to background. Somtimes you make good with waht you have on the camers, one of the greatest disadvantes of the DSLR in my opinion. It makes you settle sometimes. Especially when there is no time to change, as in tis episode that lasted for about 10 seconds from start to finish. It still works for me, but it could have worked so much more!

This is a very clever image and lots of thought and work has been done , but for me
I need a focused area. With it all blurred for me it looses impact. Maybe my DOF in
thought is too shallow. For me if the girl was sharp it would be as if Merryment rules
the scene, police secondary . Or vice versa . Im confused , but thats my opinion only. The other images within this gallery are as usual brilliant and I understand them enough to enjoy . Pheew ! never straight forward pictures .

The blurred effect, cause by camera shake and high ISO speed transports this image to a more symbolic level. All of this, too, shall pass.
