I like that the reflection is so pristine that the surface of the water takes the texture of the trees above, creating an illusion for the eyes

Before the flood? This is primieval, as though those few twigs are the first signs of life to emerge from the depths. The green is all consuming, screaming LIFE. Great image.

Brilliant, Gilles. The branches "englouties" look like an alien script rising out of the green primordial murk, evolving before our eyes to convey a message we won't understand. V.

This is very nice. I love the lighting in this one and how the reflection shimmers in the water from the greens. The break with the limb is fantastic.
